Here’s some pics with bumper on and splitter mocked up. Still waiting on carbon fiber finisher pieces, I’ll attach splitter when those come in. Hopefully they get her soon, I signed up for Sebring mid February.

Was chasing a small gremlin today, car seems mechanically fine, might be in the tune, I’ll get that checked out soon. While the car was up on the Jack l, decided to install my carbon fiber side blades I bought on Black Friday a few years ago and never put on, lol. Pretty easy install.

Haven’t been on in a bit, here is some videos from my track day at Sebring in February. Getting better but still struggling with heal toeing at track speeds. Got some new pedals to hopefully help, we’ll see once I get them installed. Had some overheating issues at the track now that I’m pushing the car harder, I’ve got some ideas that I’ll be working on this summer.

Finally figured out what my boost issue was, one of my turbos got burnt up. These air cooled turbos aren’t really good for track days. I had spent a ton of time checking the plumbing and tune and couldn’t figure out the issue, but popped off the turbos this weekend and it was clear, one badly spun. It’s been only making 6 psi for almost a year. Just ordered a replacement, can’t wait to be up to full power.

Car is back up and running, had a few more gremlins pop but are fixed. I got the new turbo on, but still making low boost. Found a blown coupler on driver side charge pipe, fixed it then started making too much boost. Reference line for wastegates had touched exhaust header and melted. Got that all sorted and it’s running great and been a blast to drive :)

Installed canards and a front splitter, looks cool, but I’m afraid the splitter is a little too flimsy to be functional. I’m going to add 2 cables tying it to my crash bar, if that doesn’t help I’m going to find or make something that’s thicker and more solid.

Ordered some titanium goodies to get my car looking good for ZCON later this year. Amuse Rear strut bar and fujimura front brace. Hopefully they get here in time.

Just installed my CJM oil pan, hopefully a little more oil capacity will help with overheating at the track. Took 6 quarts to fill up.

Random question but, how are your catch cans run? I see you have a breather on what looks like the rear PCV ports that would normally go to the intakes. Are the fronts vented as well, going only into the catch cans, or something different? Asking because I don't recall seeing them setup that way before.

It’s the Z1 catch can kit, you can see it a little better here. Goes from intake to the valve covers. The rears are the filter and that’s how the BP twin kit had them set up.

Added a few more details to the engine bay, added some titanium accessories to the BOVs, put on my topsecret oil cap and swapped the breather filters for some blue and purple ones.
