I'd hate to be THAT guy who breaks up all the off topic goodness our little Mazoc family is known for but... are we 100% sure that grills will be at ALL sites? Will we need to bring like some cheap disposable ones? BBQ is only a week away and it would be a shame if we were to forget one of the most important things.

Hey Ron, looks like we are good. :tiphat:

Picnicking at the William Houck Area

Picnic tables and grills are available near the lake area on a first come, first served basis. There are no cover pavilions or shelters in this area. Please remember to arrive early as the park often reaches capacity by mid to late morning on weekends, holidays and even some weekdays during the summer swim season.
Picnicking in the Manor Area

Picnic tables and grills are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A picnic shelter is available by reservation only. The shelter holds 150 people. The shelter was built by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) out of native stone many years prior to the installation of Route 15. It is recommended that you visit the shelter prior to making your reservation due to its proximity to the highway.

So it looks like, in order to make this work, we're going to have to have a couple people volunteer to get there early in the morning to snag a picnic spot. Even then, there will be no guarantees.

Thanks Greg! Yeah we will be at the lake area which is why it's important for us to get there early so we can grab a good spot, a grill and hopefully a picnic table as well. I think we should start organizing caravans to the park for those that are planning to be there at 8 AM. It takes about an hour to get there from the Columbia meet location, so maybe we can have a caravan leaving from there by 7 AM.

I know that I am coming up early. Plan on being at the park at 8:00. I have no idea if there is a gate or not. I'll check with Steve and see if he wants to caravan up.

I agree about the faces to names. Have a safe drive down. See you in a bit.

This isn't far from me at all. I think we can make it assuming my car is done (and at this point I'd be shocked if it wasn't)

Good to meet you today Paul. Thanks for the exhaust. I'm about to get to work on cleaning it up. Will probably install it today too.

Steve you're gonna love the ARK exhaust bro..

m4a1mustang 08-11-2013 09:36 PM

It cleaned up real nice. Install was a bit of a pain. Fitment was OK, needed a lot of messing around to get it right but we did and there are no leaks. Sounds great. It's way, way deeper than I remember it being but at least it doesn't drone like my FI did. Probably borderline loud for a DD but I am enjoying it. Can't wait to drive to work tomorrow morning.
