Paul is the only one I've taken off the list for now. He wasn't signed up to bring anything so there shouldn't be any changes to what people are bringing.

Hopefully I will find out tomorrow night whether I can come or not. I can't do the weekend after because that's when my cousin's wedding is.

If you can't make it for the whole thing, can you at last come for some of it? If not, you'll be missed by the MAZOC crew, but I think we'll have it anyway. I plan on making it there with my chips and sun screen. I'll be bringing a cooler, ice and some extra chairs as well.

We need to figure this out asap. If u back out I think a lot of others will as well. I know I'm waiting till the last minute now to buy anything for the BBQ just in case. If it does have to be rescheduled that's fine but we'll need to make that call sooner rather than later so we can let everyone know.

I could do next sat/sunday but the weekend leading up to labor day I'll be at a sales conference in Leesburg and won't be able to break away.

I'm out of town the weekend of the 24/25. Labor Day weekend probably is a big family/vaca weekend for most.

Honestly this month has been crazy busy and will continue to be until the first week of September. I wouldn't be sad if we postponed this until sometime in mid to late September :icon14:

At the dentist right now so I can respond. If we do end up rescheduling it the only date that really works for me is September 14th.

That is the date I had in my mind as well.

yea my uncle has a concrete truck coming saturday at 8 am so by the time i'd be done and shower then drive the 3 hours or so to the park it wouldnt be worth it.

I believe that weekend is wide open for me as well right now. :tup:
