Yeah man, I've been saving since I started my career after college (~2009/10 after my short stint with Staples right out of college). I have quite a bit saved, but I need a bit more. Even more, I need a slight bump in salary as well. I should see that very soon though as, with my current experience, I'm significantly underpaid for the DC area. We have contract ending soon (with not much to worry about as far as us admins are concerned) so that may be my opening for "greener pastures" if you will.

And as far as the garage, that is one of the biggest reasons for me buying a place. :P

Edit: Also, my folks are looking at moving closer to 495 soon too! AND my mother told me I can have her space in the garage!!! I am excite!
