I probably wouldn't try the PSS on a 10" rim. They run way wider than anything else.
Dai and I were looking up reference material yesterday and he found this: michelin pss lots of pics 305 30 19 and 265 35 18 weight and fit - Corvette Forum It pretty much confirmed our suspicions that the PSS is super wide and is probably going to perform like poop when a 305 is mounted on a 10" rim. 10.5" would be in spec, but even on a 10.5 it's going to be super meat. 10"... no way. The Re11s run narrower and will work, though.

![]() Whaaaaaa?Maybe ill look at 295/285s. I really want PSS tires for the bump in treadwear over the RE11s. Seriously good info. Glad I posted before I bought anything.

I hear ya. If you are OK with running a shorter tire you can pull off a 295/30 on the rear. Since you are lowered it wouldn't look bad at all. Something like 265/35 and 295/30 would work with a front/rear diameter difference of -1.3% (stock is -.5%).

For reference, this is a 275/35 on 19x9:
![]() Meat. I've found that with PSS, under 295 the sidewall is a little more rounded, but above 295 it *really* starts to square off. That's when you get the 295s fitting more like a 305 and the 305s more like a 315-320.

*Sigh* Looks like the 285/35/19 might not be available anymore for the PSS. Talking to Tire Rack now... may end up having to go with the RE11s.

If they aren't available I'd do RE11 front & rear.

I *could* try the 295/30. This is what it looks like on a 10" rim at stock ride height:
![]() ![]() That's KaienZ34's car. Approximately 1/4" more fender gap than stock: ![]()

Thing is, I don't really plan on lowering the car, so I'd have to live with the gap. I wish there were more people with pics of this setup... i know a few people have done it on the stock rays at stock height, but no pics!

Not even some swifts? I know you have had way more cars then me and have been there done that but....I said that same thing about lowering. I really don't know how that is going to look. Could always wait for me to man up and get tires and drive down and we just throw my wheels on your car.
