Yeah they have been cracking down. Look at the P-tuning tow hook thing like the one I have. At least that way you can swap on the fly between tow hook and license plate.

You should have went the southerly route like me! Actually, the resurfacing roadwork they are doing on 495 before the Wilson bridge sucks. The bumps created where the stripped surface and original surface meet are hellacious!
