Short of baking the lights yourself and installing, you would want to find someone who does it around here. 180 Customs in Brooklyn does them, but you have to take the lights out and mail them there. dmhenderson knows someone else nearby that does them so perhaps he can provide you the name and contact for his headlight mod/installer.

Daedalus Customs is very good and you won't have to ship your lights (they're in Germantown, MD). They did my headlights. Take a look and if you're interested, I'll give you Cliff's info.
