That's not necessarily true. When I was looking all the places that were building brand new homes had a ton of flexibility in their financing. He may be able to land a house like that without putting any money down. A few places in Carroll County were basically begging me to buy from them and were willing to negotiate anything and everything. But seriously fvck living in Carroll County. The other thing to note is that the market is rapidly changing, mortgage rates are back on the rise, I think they're above 4% again now. |
