I was one of the NC Troopers you saw. I had a black Impala stopped on I-26 near MM3 against the inside median barrier.

so THAT was you...<grin> Yep, she (black impala) was hauling the mail when she passed us -- we made a deliberate attempt to stay no more than 5 MPH over ALL day -- you guys (mostly the Virginia guys/gals) were out in force yesterday -- my wife said the total count was 28.......well some of us did.....

Glad to see we all agree, the Impala had it coming! (Poor rental car)
