That's the one thing this guy doesn't do apparently is straight razor shave on the back of the neck. My last barber did but we had a, let's say, falling out recently. I have a problem when doing business with the same person for 8 years to consistently get my appointments cancelled and get attitude when asking for a different time. He was out for gall bladder removal last Monday...week and a 1/2 later I'm calling to find out about a reschedule and I'm getting attitude. I've been irritated about the appointment thing for awhile, this was just the topping on the cake.
