I worked last night, just got home and unwinding

back to work again tonight, I think about 2 a.m. I am going to watch the circus in person (sit in the ER dept and people watch)

Had a great cut this morning, old school barber shop. The guy told me he actually gets there about 6am b/c he has some old guys that just can't sleep.

i actually started shaving with a straight razor 2 years ago because of old school barber shops and the pursuit of manliness.

shaved last night and i have a zen like shave. face feels so good... did you get a straight razor shave too while there?

That's the one thing this guy doesn't do apparently is straight razor shave on the back of the neck. My last barber did but we had a, let's say, falling out recently. I have a problem when doing business with the same person for 8 years to consistently get my appointments cancelled and get attitude when asking for a different time. He was out for gall bladder removal last Monday...week and a 1/2 later I'm calling to find out about a reschedule and I'm getting attitude. I've been irritated about the appointment thing for awhile, this was just the topping on the cake.
