Apparently you had dinner with guru (I was supposed to buy him dinner) - didn't get an invite. I missed out on Bacon, too - didn't get an invite

I guess I see how it is...

I sure wish my weekends would get a little less busy. No time for spacer install yet. And auto-x again next weekend. (This Miata may be taking up too much of my time-).

Hey that last minute dinner with Tim Bell was Bell's idea. We just tagged along.

And you said you were going to Bacon when Gurney posted a free weeks ago or whatever. Figured you would just show up. :/

Doesn't mean I'm not still jealous

Yeah I have a vague recollection. But it didn't cross my mind until your post I'll just cook some bacon at home and pretend I went lol

That's probably cheaper and better anyway.

Thank you Miss Pint for defending my honor from that vicious and unwarranted attack by Mr. JAR! Apparently, the fact that I rolled into town wasn't enough to get him off the couch. Duly noted sir.

It WAS very nice getting to see you and Mr. Pint on Friday evening Sorry, we never seemed to meet up on Saturday for some reason. You were missed at Bacon.

We did leave a chair empty as a show of respect for Mr. JAR as we assumed he was missing in action. I also ordered an extra side of the "house" bacon in his honor.

I thought the missing man formation on I-35 South was pretty inspiring too. The Texas DPS, not so impressed.

It was a great time at COTA this past weekend. Some of you "out of town guys" need to start saving some cash, start a paper route, dip into the 401(k), or whatever to get down to Austin for this event. With maybe 10,000 in attendance each day, there is no better chance to soak in some great motorsport action for two full days at a ridiculously low price ($139.00 with corral parking pass).

It sounds like Nissan plans on stepping-up the owner perks too.

I'll check back in later. Have a great afternoon.

Love you, too, Mike. Thanks for thinking of me

Let me just put this out there since I can't remember if I have before: I have a terrible memory. In the future, feel free to text me a reminder
