Received a nasty note in the mail from the IRS. According to QB, they are supposed to pay our liability taxes and file 941 forms quarterly. They paid the IRS out of our bank account, but apparently did not file our forms for Q1-Q3. They are in the process of refunding the extra $800 I paid for these services at the beginning of the year. I would have rather them just get it right the first time and not make me have to deal with it - that is why I paid them after all. But I won't complain about getting $800 for 2 hours of my time for a refund that includes services they didn't screw up
