Looks good. Tonight, I made panang curry chicken with steamed rice. I also made my kids sticky rice and stir fried chicken with green beans.
That looks even better. Did you marinate the pork and for how long?

Thanks Smooth, ya we marinated the meat over night in the listed ingredients above, then used the marinade as a BBQ sauce for the meat when it was cooking on the grill
