i'm pretty much a vegitarian, if i eat meat it is chicken or turkey. i havent drank a soda in Years. burn off what you consume.

I use sea salt all the time on my meat
 I know it sounds like it would hurt, but you get used to it

I am a 34 now. I also eat pretty much no breads at all, very little fried stuff, mostly meats and veggies, and a lot of the meat is fish. But, you can eat food that tastes good and is healthy, you just have to work at it
