Maybe go back to mowing for her. That way you are in control and or never ever park your car adjacent to her grass.

In reference to your "legal" development, he's questioning if your fence needs to be a certain distance inside of your property line.

Around here the fence is usually on the property line, unless you have a neighbour like the OP, in that case the fence has to be on your side of the property line.
