Neighbor mowing lawn

Anyone can guess what that tud sound is early in the video? I think she hit the body with the wire ******* hate that *****. she's been ******* with us since day one. I'm going to buy security cameras for the house. Her cat poops in front of our house, she is removing the fence once piece at a time and trying to make me pay for a new one. she's always complaining about something. Anyone knows how to deal with someone like this? she keeps saying her son is a lawyer wtf does that even mean

Update: went and talked to her, just wanted to see what she says. This shows how little some care for other's property.

I shortened the recording because she kept going on and on about other random non-sense. I even told her about the cat sh*t which she said your dogs bark and I don't say anything

Was she mowing your part of the lawn?

My brother had an issue where the neighbors dog keep crapping in his yard. He asked a few times that they don't let the dog do that. It continued to happen. He scooped a fresh pile and smacked it over their car's hood. No more issues to this day.

Not so sure I would take that route but it worked for him.

Here kitty kitty. Let's play dot the cat with a paint ball gun. Had a neighbor's cat that was spraying my front porch and the wheels on my Power Wagon. Lit his a$$ up one morning. :D The critter hasn't been back since. :D

Well those scratches will come out luckily...
The thud is probably the mower throwing loose soil/rocks/debris onto your car. She also could be flinging that huge extension cord onto your car. One or the other. By the looks of her you got a load on your hands! I would get what I need on video...have it in my back pocket just in case. Also why not just put in a fence on the border of your driveway that is on her side. That should separate you from the wildlife. ID rather she damages a fence than a Z

Tell her that you would like to talk to her son. If you do. Tell him what's going on. Be nice about it. And tell him that you what to be a good neighbor. She's an old studa-bubda that thinks that everyone should kiss her feet. I got a few of those in my hood too. They're a pain to deal with. Sat on my front porch one day, cleaning my AR15. Made sure that the one seen me there doing it. Then had a few of my motorcycle buddies show up afterwards. Haven't heard a word from her since. :D Put the fear of god in to her, in a round about way. :D I'm still working on the others ones.

Tell me about it man. This house is temporary, I'd rather not spend money on it that has no return. I'm hoping to move in a couple of years.
I can't believe I used to help her mow her lawn, shovel her driveway. I hate old people who think the world is theirs and theirs only

You saying that the lawn adjacent to your driveway is the property line. Hard to believe that this is the property line separating the homes. I would think a some amount of feet on that side is part of your property lot. If so, tell her not to mow there.

EDIT: Looking across the street, the home placement on the lot would make sense that the side of the driveway is the property line.

RonRizz 06-15-2014 11:25 AM

Like she said...Don't park so tight to her side. Otherwise, you're at the risk of these stupid things happening. She flat out told you she doesn't care about your car. Some people are just downright disrespectful, and you should do all you can to protect yourself from it.
Sorry about your damage, by the way. that sucks.
Edit: The cat...... put a shitload of mouse traps in your grass for a few days. bye bye cat....

kenchan 06-15-2014 11:36 AM

wow electric mower... lol

ip cameras are your friend. you can use software based dvr.
GL with your neighbor. i live with idiots in my community too... :ugh:

and as ron mentioned, park farther away from the lawn. even if the mower didnt hit
your car, debris from the mower can.

scorp38 06-15-2014 11:39 AM

Dig a 6ft deep hole and bury her and her cat in it solved.
