good choice. i use it 50/50 diluted in distilled water.

yah, i mean, the garage spring will eventually fail on pretty much all of the garage doors, but if you do the basic maintenance it can extend the spring life by 2x or more.

Good idea! This one has lasted 13 years. The middle bracket actually sheared the bolt heads off and was hanging down

As I type I hear it going up so that is a good sign

13yrs is not bad at all if no maintenance done.

yah, those springs are a walk in the park for them garage guys. easy money, so i hear.

$250 for the repair?

When the bracket came off it hit the top of the door and sprayed plastic everywhere, need to get the Z out in the sun to check for damage
