As far as the Type 2 coolant/anti-freeze goes, if you stored it open (un-sealed) for a very long time, there would be the possibility of some evaporation of water content. As long as you kept these containers capped and stored in a temperature and light stable environment, they should have a pretty long shelf life after being initially opened. so i will go ahead and drink it.
