If they would have said I am being picky AFTER I took all the time with the service advisor going over everything, I think I would be out for blood.

"why the **** are you looking at me like that? do you think I spent all that time going over everything for my health? It was for YOUR health" I wouldnt actually say that in real life but I would sure be thinking it lol.

I would tell the guy this isn't some sentra or quest minivan this is a Z and he should respect it like one of the top cars his company sells. Also if he and his staff are not willing to be "picky" (to have and show professionalism and quality workmanship) then I would advise them it is the last time I will be bringing my business to them again!

The service manager was saying that I could have told them not to road test it. I told him that option wasn't presented to me anyway because I had been told it wasn't going to be driven outside of the service area. He then says, "Well it's not really an option. I mean I have people bring in their GTRs and they have no problem with me road testing it. I would want my vehicle road tested if the tech thought it was necessary."
