Grosses thing you've ever ate...
Just bit into a fruit that has a worm in it...how did I know? part of it was in my mouth! :yum:

When my sister and I were very young (4 & 5 years old), we asked our Mom to make us special sandwiches. They had mustard, relish, ketchup, mayonaise, peanut butter, jam in them.
I think Mom made them for us to teach us a lesson. We were both sick after only eating a little of them. I guess Mom was trying to say; you get what you ask for sometimes. They were disgusting. But... not that gross. |
I'm sure it tasted worse than it sounded, but I'd rather eat your mom's special sandwich than a worm.

It wasn't sweet, more of a little bitterness and sour.

Balut anyone? I had this a few times when I was a kid, but not having seen in person for 15+ years, this stuff makes me gag thinking about it. |
Some people think Rocky Mountain Oysters (bull testicles) are gross. But I've had them, and they were delicious :yum:

I agree. Like a dare, I think that's how I had my first one lol
Edit: I remember all the Vietnamese girls loved it, I didn't want to look like a wimp in front of everyone. |
Giant rice bugs inThailand:

I woke up the next morning with a raging turd-on. I dropped anchor only to look down and see that my turds had legs. Hundreds and hundreds of un-digested and un-chewed legs. My turds could have beaten Carl Lewis in the 100 m. |

Snake I had once in AZ, it was good |
Snake is good. Fried rattlesnake is fantastic. There's a place around here that makes python chili and its great. I draw the line at bugs.
|
WTH are those! they look like some juiced up bed bugs. How was it? I hope you didn't get sick. I would imagine it's difficult to turn down such an offer from your business clients lol

mmmm... grasshoppers. :yum: actually not grasshoppers, inago.
i didnt know wat they were but ate them as a kid. considering crabs and shrimp are insects of the sea, not sure wat the big deal is eating bugs. :icon17: http://outsiderjapan.pbworks.com/f/1300383813/1(1).jpg :barf: |

Parmesan Cheese... to me it smells really bad... if you closed your eyes and did not know what you are smelling... you may think it's vomit or smelly feet! :roflpuke2:

Same restaurant, this is how they prepared the snake! :yum: It actually tasted more like pork to me than chicken. I really liked the consistency; there's a certain tension to the meat.
They also made a stir fried snake skin vegetable dish but I didn't take a picture of that. Attachment 79775 Attachment 79776 |
