Ya I read it correctly, he wasn't watching tripped on something perfectly normal and supposed to be there. Not like he fell from a pothole or anything being deficient on behalf of the company and then expects to be compensated

pretty low IMO if it were me I would own up to my fuck up not look for someone else to hold accountable.

but you are right he didn't ask for it or even worse sue them for it, but in reality this is sad that so many people look for this out!
