I just did a K&N cleaning on my injen intake for my honda 2000 on saturday...pretty cool stuff.

the actual cleaning is less than 30 minutes. it me longer because I had to take off the plastic under engine shroud thingy for the honda. And I used a dental tool to dig into the gunk that wasn't coming out with water.

Not long to clean off. I heard the oiling can be hit or miss. Can't put too much or else it will eff up your MAF sensors. I think it requires a day to settle/dry(?) ?

mine are still really clean-had no idea on the MAF issue. You, my dear, are very helpful
