here's a monochrome i took with the camera. no editing other than crop.

the cat's physical size is less than 2" tall. i like how i can blur the background quite easily with this camera.

im not sure. id need to check. the beauty of this point and shoot is that i select a mode (lots of them) and just shoot, and get a near-DSLR image.

i shouldve probably just gotten this instead of my DSLR a few yrs back to take my used-car-images of my Z i always take

thanks, mr.alcheng. it is a very simplified SLR-ish camera with great software inside to adjust the image. like i can take a picture of my xmas tree in the dark, unlit, and the image turns out as if i took it in the middle of the day.

the LCD is very clear too so i can verify how blurred the background is, etc if i select this particular portrait mode.

no, it's using the built in 30x zoom optical lens. it's quite good for everyday use imho... going to be taking all DIY/random picts with this camera from now on.

not as compact as the others which is fine for me. it's like a mini DSLR.
