Personally I like forza better for my racing sim needs. However, until xbox360 lets me use my g25 steering wheel I'll keep waiting for GT5 to come out. I'm guessing it'll be a big release party and they'll have a playable copy of Duke Nukem Forever to play along with GT5.

That December 29th date is BS. Cmon think about it when have they ever released a big name title right AFTER the holiday shopping season? If it's even close to being ready I think March '10 is more likely. But in reality they'll probably just release this as a launch title on the ps4.

If it does get released in March 2010 in Japan it will be 6 months before it's ready for sale in U.S. That means September 2010. If I had to bet money on it that would be my guess. One more year sweet!

What games in recent history that were slated for a worldwide release took 6 months to get to the US from Japan??? It will be a month TOPS. probably closer to the 2 week mark. Don't take my word for it though...It's not like I've been spot on in this thread before.

that video is great.. i loved some of team blackjacks work they did in the original forza. can't wait to see what they can come up with in forza 3

im assuming 'everything' has had to be rewritten from scratch for the ps3 hardware in order to showcase the ps3 platform... and they couldnt reuse or tart up any of the old code or even graphic files?

I love how you hate on this game regardless of it's unique quality and how this game doesn't give Forza 3 a standing chance to even breathe near it. Regardless if your tired of waiting for this game or your a Forza fanboy, this game will be the BEST EVER! You tell me why I'm wrong. :gtfo2:

Judging from the past release dates of gran turismo I'd say its somewhere between 1 to 3 months after its available in japan. 6 months would be more likely for a RPG that required a lot more localization such as the FF series.
