OK, lemme see. I pay 15% of my gross income to taxes and with the start of the Affordable Care Act a.k.a. Obamacare I'll pay 45% of my net pay for health coverage, so it doesn't matter how much I make I'll still be broke.

Military seems to not pay so well haha. I've been in just under 12 years and made 41K according to my taxes i filed this year. I need a new career path it seems.
