Stop being so rich? Really? How do you know the driver of that car is so young? Did you actually ask for his ID? Maybe his parents are well off or won the lotto or whatever, I don't see a problem with it. They spend their money on whatever they want. As long as the kid isn't being douchey about it doing illegal stuff and revving at every stop light, it's fine.
