Our mayor in Chicago loves to attack the working class.

If you are low income, you get low income housing. Some people pay almost NOTHING to live in apartments where the working class would pay 10 times more to live in.

You also get free phones if you are low income + welfare.

I have been in houses where every room has a flat screen TV and some sort of gaming console and they are considered low income and on welfare...
