There was an Impala SS. Unless it was the large Caprice version, the others (newer ones) are a silly factory upgrade much like Nismo is to Nissan.

My little bit of off-topic as the week is closing....

I was just thinking that if people didn't "rice out" the Dodge SRT4, I would probably enjoy driving one around.
I took a ride in a stock one Sunday, and it was more spacious than I thought. The gas mileage wasn't too bad either. Just my opinion.
Wonder if people feel similar with other "rice magnets" (civic, prelude, accord, integra, rx7, etc)?

The Caprice-based Impala SS was awesome. The other one was FWD. I think that about covers it.
