The New "What did you do with your Z today" (with off topic replies) VI

Saturday, Kate and I are going to put some more break-in miles on the Z. From Sacramento, we will head up I-80 toward Reno, NV and then get off at Truckee, CA. From there it will be a little jaunt down highway 89 to Lake Tahoe and we will then drive all the way around the lake and then back home.

It should be a full day of great scenery, excellent company, photos and such...

So I haven't been willing to shell out $$$ for an oil cooler that I really need (I will even probably DIY it), but I'm about to purchase $500 mirrors? I feel kinda stupid

Just received PM. The mirrors sold already. I'm both sad I didn't get them and relieved that my wife won't have to kill me. Looking at oil cooler parts right now

for me the mirrors have been really great since they dont block my view over the mirrors and wideangle so no blind spots wat so ever.

and just nice to have real CF housing. not CF over plastic.

Actually, I think the CF finish was the one thing holding me back and probably what caused me to miss out on the deal. I finally PM'd him knowing that it would look sharp regardless. Of course, once I asked for his PayPal address he responded it was sold. I was going to have to paint the base, too (he had them painted silver).

Yeah, he posted first interest in the FS thread anyway. I have a quote from SpeedElement right now for the TCA-F and aspherical blue mirrors. Do you know any other vendors that sell it?
