After close to 2 weeks, I finally have clear lungs and was able to get a run in.
After a lengthy stretching session, I'm pleased to announce no ITB related knee pain today.
Gotta work on my pace though; 9:48 miles are not going to make a sub-60 minute 10K.

Off to the couch to watch the tour.
