Got back from the grocery store a little while ago - I hate having to use my dad's Rav4 instead of the Z as the grocery getter although it actually worked out well this time because I had to exchange propane tanks and mine was covered in spider webs - happy not to put that in the Z

Just got done making some chocolate covered strawberries Unfortunately, I wound up with mostly white chocolate ones when I burnt most of the milk chocolate after getting only a few strawberries dipped It was my fault though for using the wrong pot I still ended up with about 15 though

I need a smaller double boiler for that $hit... I usually just put a smaller pot in a larger pot with water in it. But I was lazy this time and just did really low heat. I let the chocolate sit too long without stirring it and whadda ya know: burnt!

I usually do the same, or I low heat single pot with dark cocoa and milk
