you gotta LTT the Z, my Z is also a little road dirty today and heading into work tody will probably add a little more :ugh2: that's ok cause I like cleaning my z :tup:

as for sleep if you look up "sleep realm" it explains your sleep cycles and how and when you rest etc......

I am :excited: got a delivery notice, only thing I ordered recently was my front and rear Z emblems
