Just ordered a Blendmount and directwire kit for my 9500ix.

Looks like I'll have myself a nice little project in 5-8 business days. :ugh2:

I'm hoping I can do the DIY direct wire, kind of nervous about it.

My Z met its first malibu blue Z...at least in passing (technically, behind me). Man, that malibu blue is such a beautiful color. I should have stalked.

nice, i use one on my Z for my V1. the pin tapping was real easy on my gentex homelink mirror partly since i installed the dang mirror 4yrs ago. :D

there's only 2 wires. ground and switched + . just do some research now while you wait which pins to poke.

Monterey Blue. :( I hang my head in shame, I knew it seemed wrong. :shakes head:

And here in Iowa, I've never seen a blue Z until today. Recognized it at an obscene distance away, it's so striking and contrasts with the styling so nicely.

And, if I saw that Midnight Blue, I'd drool as well. It's awesome.

no worries. nissan can't even name their silvers correctly anyway.

they stated that my G and Z are both "Brilliant Silver" color. well, my G is like 2 shades darker silver and paint code is even different. lol :icon17:

Looks like the 2014 Z pricing thread was finally locked. Kind of bummed actually, the comments in there were rather amusing.

I am sad because I didn't wash and wax the Z this weekend. But I got ALL of the yard work done, washed the Acura, detailed the interior of both the Acura and the Z, polished the Z exhaust tips, replaced the Z in-cabin air filter, and remove the Z clutch helper spring. So I think it was a productive weekend

I want to wash and wax the Z tonight, but I have some CAD work that I need to have done by tomorrow. It's for a general contractor in exchange for him to repair some water damage in the exterior siding on our house. It's just something that I don't want to bother with doing myself, plus it's a big hassle for me just to get the materials.
