Looks like I'll have myself a nice little project in 5-8 business days. :ugh2:

I'm hoping I can do the DIY direct wire, kind of nervous about it.

I meant to comment on this earlier. You will have no problem plugging the directwire kit into your (not you're; for mr JAR! :roflpuke2:) There is a DIY that has some good tips.

Funny that it keeps coming up but :tiphat: for getting it right

The other incidents of mistaking your for you're are more common. The potential error in your usage of mistaking you're for your is less common (although some people really like contractions). But far less common is the usage of yore in lieu of your or you're :icon17:

kenchan 07-29-2013 07:43 PM

Wat you talking bout, mr.jar? :icon17:

Yes

Pintsize725 07-29-2013 07:56 PM

I told my boss on Friday that I didn't think I could continue as manager due to my personal life causing me to have an emotional breakdown. I've been up front with them about attending counseling and requesting time off as needed. I know that there was room to create a non-managerial position since my customer service rep was fired recently. I worked an event this weekend and my usual shift today and they he decided to tell me that they had no position for me. He let me go.

You need to feel like your contributions are valued, and it's an absolute MUST that you are permitted to take some time off. Perhaps this was all for the best.

smdh! they tell you to follow the rules and do the right thing and when we do that, we are the ones that end up being shafted.
