The place that mounted my tires knicked one of my TE37TT's so I had to take it off and give it to them for 24-48 hours. Thankfully one of my friends lent me a pair of his G37 rear stockies :) So I'm driving on that instead of my puny spare haha. Found my old 20mm spacers and slapped them on, dropping my TE's off tomorrow to get fixed. I think it looks pretty hilarious right now :icon17:

Speaking of weird issues on the Z, Ms. Pint was experiencing something weird when starting the car. Tracie, did you find anything? I did some digging yesterday, but didn't come up with anything. Basically, the car acts like it's going to turn on after a delay (some associate it with the steering lock fuse removal), but instead of cranking over completely, the car just goes to ACC. I believe she is able to turn the car of and then turn it on again without issue - please correct me if this is wrong, Tracie. If anyone has any thoughts, please share them :tiphat: |
Definitely will update. I marked on the key drop off sheet that they are to call me before any work is done. I want to know the code that it's throwing, and why exactly the OBD port isn't working (most likely a fuse, but it's too hot for me to be digging around through fuses right now... 115 out, no thanks.
They seem to be pretty reliable, as my roommates Mom takes her mint 280 there for work and she had good things to say about them. Of course, took pics of my mileage and stuff. Don't see any need for them to drive it, as I've seen them at a fast food restaurant across the street before in what looked like a customer car... :eekdance: |
