I am most definitely fat now, but even when I was in shape years ago, I could sweat doing absolutely nothing in 50F weather. ( Click to show/hide ) Entering high school at 14, I was 6'-0" 200lbs. I was certainly athletic and very active, but I was somewhat out of shape if you get me. I played basketball the first three years of high school and then played football my senior year, and while I hadn't grown an inch, I weighed 250 lbs and had a much lower BMI. Ever since I can remember, I've sweated excessively.
