so FINALLY, i got an actual letter from nissan regarding the steering lock recall (not some f-king post card from dealer

)

so i made a copy of my steering lock receipt and mailed it off to the HQ of consumer affairs at TN. wish me luck..

last time, the lady on the phone gave me a canned message 'you take car to dealer, they check, they sign off, they close case, then we mail you check...'
