yah, i did have too much hagdaz last fall/winter. ive had not even one bite since pre-xmas.

actually, im ice-cream free for over 2months now.

and ever since ive been starting to work on my cars, ive been loosing the belly fat little by little.

wife and i are going to get us a manual treadmill this Spring and run run run run run run run run run run until the bearings fall off.

since im keeping my G longer (due to homelessness next spring

) im still kinda iffy about getting the folding bike. i think i can burn more calories with the treadmill too.

Mr.kenchan, isn't there a bike coming to your house.. ???
