since yours is FRP, you can probably even just get one of these reamers to drill the hole, and screw driver and even PLIERS to hold the nut in place

while screwing down using washers.

I need one of those! Ken, what should I use to drill the holes? I am assuming a regular drill bit will probably crack the FRP.

i think you can use a step drill bit and you should be fine. for my Ings (CF) i just used my 18v milwaukee and a drill bit for metal.
