i checked my yok's tread tonight and i got about another 1.5mm before it's down to the lower limit on lincoln's head. i measured on the inner side of the tires mostly as that's where most of the wear is. :D

i have one of these miltons that work pretty well too. 2/32 is about when tires are replaced.
honestly speaking, penny trick is easier to see and do while the tires are on the car.

Ima getting Michelin PSS-no discussions other than the width and its going to be more than the current 275/35:tup: :yum: on wide tires!

yah, tirerack should be getting more of the 285/35/19's in pretty soon. americastire.com also shows this size, but special order only.

RE11's are out of stock at tirerack too. hummm... :confused:

im going to swap to my weds with the fairly new dw's when my yok's are done this season so i still have time. :D
