Whats the plate called that gets removed to access the area to allow oil changes to be performed?
Could that be what he is hearing?

I hear something similar when i drive across the rumble strips at work. I never worried about it. Maybe i should? I would like some assistance. Please and thank you.

its called a undershroud(diffuser on an eagle), and it could be... I know my car makes fapping noises when going over 50mph because my diffuser is loose lol

i call it the under shroud or lower shroud or lower engine cover.

it's plastic so it wouldn't make much noise, unless one of your brakets are loose which i doubt. i suppose you can roll under the car and push the undershroud to see if you can generate that noise.

most metallic rattles under the car are from exhaust heat shields rattling. :)
which is really not a huge deal.

Yep. It's almost all complete now. Just have to finish up the rear-end (:yum:) in terms of CV joints, hubs, and then have to build and mount the shocks.

Had to stop and call it a night though, getting late.

After that, the roller is done. Waiting for electronics and a paint job.

:hello: G'night errbody.

Mine needs a wash to! Any time I take it out it gets a layer of dust due to the construction going on. But now it has a bunch of water spots to. I guess it rained lightly at some point yesterday while it was out :shakes head:

Tomorrow I am hoping to have time to give it a good cleaning inside and out!

Hey, good morning gang! :hello:

Gonna try to have a productive day at work today, but I suspect I will be mired in handling wireless access point issues. :(

Anyways, at least I get to drive the smurf! ;)

Davey 05-16-2013 06:47 AM

Gonna pick up my baby in about half an hour... :excited:
