so i filed a claim with the vendor that sold me the wiring harnesses for the HU install... ive not received it and it's been a week now since i placed the order.

my brother has a computer business...he has prime too...really pays to have it when you're constantly ordering stuff! I love amazon almost as much as i love my Z! Lol

yep, jokes aside, amazon's canned robotic customer service is great too.

they've helped me out so many times on stuff that arrived broken or missing.

like the dvd that arrived cracked. not only did they refund via store credit, they sent me a replacement free of charge.

so i ended up getting another dvd. that did take care of my annoyance and heck, ordered more stuff the other day for my garage.

(tools, wire taps and all).
