A lot of bills you don't even have to do pre-athorized, most of mine I pay when I get the bill. There are a list of payees (accounts) and I just pick which one and how much I want to pay. I like it that way a lot better then the company just taking the money, that way if you have a dispute with your bill you don't have to worry about them just taking the money
