they might say it's complicated, but in reality, the big picture is quite simple.
Problem with working in a small company is that this information is always either a.) not available or b.) unrealistic. There are only 4 of us with GT Sound and 8 with the other company.

yah, that should not be the case even for a small company. the basic principles are the same.
there should be a goal and vision. without that, just treading water not going anywhere.
