:tup: yep, jokes aside, amazon's canned robotic customer service is great too. :tup: they've helped me out so many times on stuff that arrived broken or missing.

like the dvd that arrived cracked. not only did they refund via store credit, they sent me a replacement free of charge. :tup: so i ended up getting another dvd. that did take care of my annoyance and heck, ordered more stuff the other day for my garage. :p (tools, wire taps and all).

me also luvs quiet private life. :tup:

i have to deal with people at work all the time, so i like being left alone as much as possible. :D
