It's not necessarily supposed to be changed every 30K. IIRC, the service manual says inspect at 30K. One of the dealerships I talked to said it doesn't need to be changed until 100K :ugh2: (I did mine at 30K and it looked nearly identical to yours - both color and drain plug)

Oh boy!!! I am taking yet another Microsoft Cert exam this morning.

After a phone call a few minutes ago, I have the day off.
Actually, I'm permanently off from the salon where I was formerly employed.
I'm actually a little relieved. It wasn't a good fit and it was starting to wear me down emotionally.
While I had a feeling it was coming, I do have to say it came as a shock to get such a nonchalant, matter-of-fact phone call this morning... but it is what it is.

Time for a new chapter.
