hummmm... my nuvi and speedo are pretty much dead-on.

someone can calculate the circumference of the 18's with tires vs the 19's with tires and see if they are the same or not. if they aren't then, that's probably the culprit. :)

GOODAM everyone!

when i drive my fit quick, i look like a poor loser anxious for the next loser fix.

when i drive my modded G quick, i look like a wannabie bimmer douche bag.

wtf is wrong with this world? :icon17:

anyway, that was my assessment of taffyappleville, midwest.:rofl2:

LMBmikeZ 03-13-2013 11:06 AM

For pints issue with the app I wouldn't look into it to much. Phones are not going to be that accurate they to through a longer process (more chance for error) to get your speed. Where as the speedo is just taking reading from the car. Not going off GPS and relaying all the info back and forth to the app.

I am obviously assuming by app she means one on her cell phone.

Yup. I don't know, I just hate being passed when my car says I'm going 80 in a 75. :icon17:

I need a wheel balance first. After that alignment, there is a lot of vibrationa t highway speeds. If balance doesn't fix it, I'm filing a chargeback and going elsewhere for the alignment.

Meh, I'd rather spend the money towards the wheel fund. :icon17: I'm only at 5 over most times and it's fast enough for me.

At the exhaust shop...

JARblue 03-13-2013 12:00 PM

Pint, we can do a speed test when we do the after video of my GT Mat install

Also, I use one mitt for the car, and one for the tires. However, they're only like $5 each, so I generally find myself replacing them after 3-4 washes. I always have a fresh one on hand, which allows me to do an easy comparison to see how dirty the older one really is

Lastly, I speed... a lot. But I'm a moron who doesn't think a radar detector is a wise investment :ugh2: I've never owned one, I speed all the time everywhere, and yet somehow, I get tickets for less than 10 over at highway speeds (when I'm not speeding) :shakes head:

You should have them put these on your exhaust: QTP » Electric Exhaust Cutouts

If I actually have custom exhaust work done, I will absolutely include these

Yo! Greetings. Back from Geneva Auto show! Great event. The new Nismo Juke and 370 Nismo looked amazing. If I didnt have my Z id find a way to get the new Nismo in white with the grey/red trim. Very nice. Lots of people checking it out!

Geneva was nice. Whats not to like about a city on a beauty lake surrounded by snow capped mountains and a killer car show going on!
Got the Z fully serviced today. Summer wheels with the PSS' on and fresh oil. NOW its SNOWING LOL!! :) That about sums up the day!!:happydance::tup::driving:
