Worst tattoo story happened to a friend of mine.

I first noticed that he had a little scribble on his arm, I was like "wtf is that? a pen mark?" he then told me that his friend was practicing tattooing and he ****** up, so now he has a scribble on his arm. My friend was cool with it, since he plans on covering it up with another tattoo later, but till then he's got a little scribble on his arm.

I also don't get the people who get joke tattoos, that would be a regret forever.
