I've seen this presented as a fail tattoo before, although I think people just don't look at it close enough. At first glance it looks like they forgot the "T" in extreme, but it is there, hidden in the X and the R.

Instead of a Tattoo fail its everyone elses observation fail.

whoever did the whole-back Halo tattoo is damm good!!!! and that must have been painful as heeeeeck!!!

Now that we're talkin about tattoo fails, gotta say my first one felt like a fail almost immediately lol I wouldn't recommend getting a tattoo while drunk...
